Topographical Surveys
We have extensive experience delivering topographical surveys for sites of all sizes and types.
Working closely with our clients, we tailor survey specifications to suit individual project requirements, ensuring all relevant data is captured.
All surveys are carried out using Leica robotic total stations and GPS rovers, referenced to OS grid and datum.
Data is processed using LSS digital terrain modelling software, with final outputs issued as CAD files containing 3D facet or point and string information. Our drawings are consistently clear, accurate and professionally presented.
As-Built Surveys
We specialise in producing as-built surveys for adoption, with a strong understanding of the requirements for new highways and sewer agreements. Our experience with local authorities and water companies ensures surveys that meet specific adoption standards.
We support developers throughout the adoption process, liaising directly with adopting authorities where needed and updating surveys to reflect remedial works at minimal cost.
Our experience includes Section 38, 278, 104 and 185 surveys, along with POS land transfer and conveyance plans. All surveys are tied to OS grid and datum using Leica robotic total stations and GPS rovers.
Surveys are processed using LSS software and issued as high-quality CAD and PDF drawings, presented clearly, accurately and to a professional standard.
Measured Building Work
We provide measured building surveys for buildings of all sizes, ages and uses. Working closely with our clients, we tailor the survey specification to meet exact project requirements, ensuring all necessary detail is captured.
Our services include measured building elevations, floor plans and sections.
Surveys are undertaken using Leica robotic total stations and handheld measuring devices, with data processed in LSS software. Final drawings are issued as CAD files and PDF sheets, presented to a consistently high standard with clear, accurate and detailed results.
Setting Out Services
We have extensive experience setting out a wide range of construction and visual features, from development boundaries and fencing to high-accuracy building corners for use by site teams and bricklayers.
Setting-out is carried out using Leica robotic total stations and GPS rovers, with all work completed to an agreed accuracy using calibrated survey equipment.
Photographic setting-out reports can also be provided to record the precise location and condition of surrounding features prior to construction.
